An informal and fun One Day Workshop that will open your self awareness and creativity.

Colour and paint is the easiest way to naturally express who you are, and anyone can do it.  No experience is necessary. All the materials and guidance you need are provided, for you to be surprised, and amazed, by what you produce and discover.


Rachael will show you, through a series of steps, how to paint 'from the heart'.  This is an easy introduction to a way of painting that will free-up your creative expression.   At the end of the day there will be time to discuss your painting and share your insights.

In this One Day Workshop Rachael will show you how you can share this vitality by stepping into an awareness of other realms and spiritual states.
